Project Description
What is a Psychodynamic Approach?
“Psychotherapy should be formulated to meet the uniqueness of the individual’s needs, rather than tailoring the person to fit the Procrustean bed of a hypothetical theory of human behaviour.” – Milton H Erickson
Human Beings can be profoundly shaped by their early experiences, attachments and relationships. These experiences impact how we view ourselves and the world around us. Psychodynamic therapy can be a very healing approach to counselling. It can assist clients to examine unresolved conflicts, and the symptoms that arise or manifest on a day to day basis.
